I just want to express my appreciation to your office staff for their above and beyond assistance with Samantha Harris on Tuesday. The meeting was at short notice, she could not get childcare, and so she rocked up with two small and restless children. They could not come into our assessment with us and so your office staff uncomplainingly downed tools and stepped into the breach. I want to express my sincere admiration and gratitude for this. Very few solicitors’ staff would do what they did, and I think this says a lot about the people you work with, and indeed yourselves.
